Hi, I’m Lochie, the Development Consultant here at Opes. I manage collecting and liaising information from developers for appraisals and to create our property packs, a useful insider for our clients to make the best financial decisions. I enjoy building relationships with developers all over the country, seeing what they have on offer and how I can add my 10 cents worth. If you’re ever wondering about the current market or where the best opportunities are, give me a bell! In my spare time, you will find me down south in Wanaka, boating and fishing or on the cricket field.
